KAC Order Information

How are you able to offer KAC for such low prices?

We are Tier 1 dealers of KAC, one of three in the country. We order from KAC directly and only sustain a small inventory to keep overhead down.

How long does it take to ship back-ordered KAC products?

KAC is generally slow to ship to us, so this can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 weeks. On products that are in high demand, such as SR-15 CQB systems, the back-order can be as long as 6 months. To inquire about back-order times, please message [email protected]

General Order Information

I’d like to purchase an item that requires an FFL, how should I go about it?

In the shipping information, please enter your chosen FFL’s address. Send us an email with the FFL information to [email protected] If it is an NFA item, please send us your local SOT contact information to [email protected] and we’ll get it worked out. We can only ship to the address that is on the FFL, so don’t put anything else in there.

How long is the back-order on regular products?

On most products, the back-order is about one week. We will notify you if it is expected to take longer.

I inquired about a product/service/order but didn’t hear a response, what gives?

Please check your spam folder. We usually respond within 1-3 days. If you are still having issues contacting us, do not be afraid to give us a call.

What can I expect from surplus items on your website?

We will only ever list working or usable surplus items. We will describe the item to the best of our ability in the product description. Due to the nature of surplus items, we cannot guarantee stock after they are sold out.

What payment methods are accepted? 

Currently we accept credit cards through our inline portal. We can also accept PayPal on some orders, as well as cash or checks. Please inquire about alternate payment methods.

Returns and Exchanges

How do returns work?

Returns and exchanges are accepted on all undamaged products up to 20 days after delivery. Please try to return the item in the original packaging if possible.

Please contact [email protected] with your order number and inquiry, and someone will get back to you to assist you in the return.

Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items?

Email [email protected] with your order number and issue. Please notify support within 7 days of receiving your order and we will get it sorted out free of charge.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Please send an email to [email protected] immediately with your order number and account name and we’ll help you work things out.

How do I track my order?

Tracking is automatically emailed when a shipping label is made.
